<p>PURPOSE: To rapidly produce a profile pole by one process using a metal pipe as a material. CONSTITUTION: A pair of molding roller 2a, 2b each having a molding groove having an almost U-shaped cross section formed on the peripheral surface thereof are supported by shafts and one of them is connected to a motor M and guide rollers 16, 17 are supported in a freely rotatable manner by a guide arm 15 parallel to the horizontal straight line crossing the straight line connecting the centers 3a, 3b of rotation of a pair of the molding rollers at a right angle. A metal material pipe member 50 is passed through the nip between the molding rollers to be molded under pressure by the molding grooves 21 to produce a profile pole such as a ski stock.</p> |
