<p>PURPOSE: To obtain a contact material for treating a sewage, from which a sufficient capacity can be expected and by which the formation of a frame body to assemble the contact material can become needless. CONSTITUTION: This contact material is constituted so as to laminate and integrally join, through spacers, a plural number of projecting and recessing plastic plates 1 each of which is formed by projecting a great number of hollow protrusions 1a alternately on both surfaces of the plate. By using the projecting and recessing plastic plates 1, the contact area with sewage is increased and by laminating through the spacers 2, moving exchange rate of the water to be treated between the resin plates 1 is improved to increase the capacity. By the integrally goining formation, necessity to use a frame body or the like is completely eliminated.</p> |
