DOUBLE-PIPE TYPE LNG VAPORIZER

摘要

PURPOSE: To enhance the heat insulating effects of a heat insulating material mounted on an inner tube in a part through which the inner tube is passed. CONSTITUTION: This double-pipe type LNG vaporizer is obtained by using a heat insulating material 10 having a higher heat shrinkage factor than that of an inner tube 7, setting the inside diameter of the heat insulating material 10 at a smaller one than the outside diameter of the inner tube 7 at normal temperatures, heating the heat insulating material in mounting thereof, enlarging the inside diameter, mounting the heat insulating material, shrinking the heat insulating material by cooling and thereby contact bonding the heat insulating material 10 to the inner tube 7 so as not to form a gap where a supercooled vaporized gas is passed between the inner tube 7 and the heat insulating material 10.
