PURPOSE: To facilitate an ordering job and to reduce work cost by making the relation between the master (products and blocks) and the slave (blocks and parts) of a product clear, listing up the extension of parts equipped with hierarchical structure while showing that master/slave relation, and facilitating the change of an input item by a person in charge of the ordering job. CONSTITUTION: An extension processing part 6 generates an extended table by setting extending items inputted from an input part 4 to basic extended table data, generates an output file and a temporary file for making the prescribed master/slave relation of the product clear by extracting information corresponding to the extended items from a master file 2 and a master/slave type file 3 based on the extended items in that generated extended table and stores those generated output file data and temporary file data in an output file 7 and a temporary file 8. |
