The rectifier includes stator coils(SC11-SC13) for generating three-phase AC induced voltage according to the rotation of a rotator(20), thyristors(TH11-TH13) and diodes(D11-D13) for full-wave-rectifying the three-phase AC induced voltage, charging a battery(B11) via an inductor(L11) and providing it to a load(LD11), an angle detecting sensors(31-33) for detecting the rotation angle of the rorator(20), a constant-voltage controller(100) for generating trigger pulse signals(TS1-TS3) to control the phase angle of the thyristors(TH11-TH13) by synchronizing with angle detection signals of the angle detecting sensors(31-33).
