PURPOSE: To prepare a routine format document for applying routine processing to a marked document from one already stored marked document. CONSTITUTION: An already prepared marked document is read out at first (S1). Then a mark name in the read document is retrieved and extracted (S2), a mark name start mark is set up (S32), the extracted mark name is set up (S4), a mark name end mark is set up following the mark name (S6), and a mark contents end mark is set up (S6). Then mark contents are skipped without extracting them (S7). |
