PURPOSE: To simply control the creation progress status of inspection data using visual information by displaying the details of input data different figures according to the type of input data and displaying them in different mode states according to a data creation step. CONSTITUTION: When the actually packaged position coordinates of electronic components are inputted, the center position of the electronic components is displayed for example by a white center position display symbol 1. Then, when the outer-diameter dimensions of the electronic components are inputted, an outer-diameter dimension frame 2 is displayed, for example, in a read solid line around the center position display symbol. Regarding electronic components in the same shape, when the outer-shape dimensions of one component are inputted, the similar diameter dimension frame 2 appears also for the electronic component position in the same shape. Then, when the measurement point position coordinates of a point to be inspected are inputted, a measurement point 3 appears around the outer-diameter dimension frame 2. However, a display color giving a warning to a human being such as yellow shows the frame in this stage. When conformity/nonconformity judgment conditions are inputted, color changes to green. |
