In a method of constructing a first and second support beam in tunnel, plural support steel plates(2) are assembled across between steel rib(1)(1') and with rubber tube(4) to be sealed wherein the rubber tube has its back surface enclosed by the drainage textile attached along a side of the assembly and is filed with mortar to form the first beam, and brackets(8) and the side panel(14) of the mould are attached to steel rib flange to hold the mould(10) and form the second lining concrete layer.
