PURPOSE: To obtain a ceramic piezoelectric material having a small temp. variation in dielectric constant and hard to generate the fluctuation of output, even though it is used under an environment being a large variation in temp. CONSTITUTION: In the ceramic piezoelectric material in which a Pb(Y0.5 Nb0.5 )O3 - PbTiO3 -PbZrO3 system three-component solid solution is a basic composition and a portion of Pb is substituted with Sr, the ratio of PbTiO3 in the three- component solid solution is made >=42 molar %, and also the content of Mn2 O3 is controlled in the range of >=0.01wt.% and <=0.5wt.%. |
