PURPOSE: To shape a three-dimensional object with high accuracy by using the ultraviolet light and an exposure panel. CONSTITUTION: An exposure panel 4, which has heat a transfer type liquid crystal whose transmittivity is changed by heat transfer, is disposed so as to be brought into contact with the liquid surface of a liquid type ultraviolet rays hardening resin. The exposure panel is scanning-exposed by the laser light whose beam diameter is not more than 0.1mm. A lifting base 31 is disposed so that the liquid type ultraviolet rays hardening resin 21 may be kept in a layer condition. By exposing the exposure panel 4 with laser beams, an ultraviolet rays transmitting part and an ultraviolet rays non-transmitting part are formed, and the light from an ultraviolet rays lamp 6 is irradiated against the ultraviolet rays hardening resin 21 through the ultraviolet rays transmitting part of the exposure panel 4. The layered part of the ultraviolet rays hardening resin 21 is hardened. After hardening, the lifting base 31 is lowered, an electric field is applied to the exposure panel 4 to form only the ultraviolet rays transmitting part, and scanning-exposure is given to a prescribed pattern with laser beams. By repeating this process, it is possible to shape a three-dimensional object with high accuracy. |
