PURPOSE: To obtain a method for easily producing a synthetic resin sheet with a large number of projections arranged in a staggered form and arbitrarily adjusting the length and lengthwise pitch of the projection. CONSTITUTION: In a first manufacturing method, a synthetic resin is continuously extruded from a sheet extrusion path 2a of an extrusion die 2 while a first opening/closing plate 4 for making/blocking odd-numbered projection extrusion paths by its vertical movement and a second opening/closing plate 5 for making/ blocking even-numbered projection extrusion paths are alternately moved up and down at a fixed timing, whereby projections are integrally formed in a staggered form. In a second production method, an opening/closing plate for alternately making/blocking odd-numbered projection extrusion paths and even- numbered extrusion paths by its crosswise movement is moved crosswise at a fixed timing, whereby projections are integrally formed in a staggered form. The length and lengthwise pitch of the projection can be arbitrarily adjusted by changing a timing of moving the opening/closing plate(s) vertically or crosswise. |
