PURPOSE: To prevent a state not substantially in out of synchronism from being out of synchronism undesirably during shadow wing on a transmission line or VOX(voice operated transmission) control or the like. CONSTITUTION: When out of synchronism is detected during communication by a base station, VOX control is inhibited and a signal is being sent through a communication channel for a prescribed time and when the synchronization is set up again, the VOX control is enabled. When a mobile station detects out of synchronism, it is informed by using an additional control channel to the base station, the base station inhibits the VOX control and when the synchronization is set up again by the mobile station, it is informed to the base station by using the additional control channel to attain the VOX control.
