PURPOSE: To provide a liquid-chromatography separation apparatus whose separation capability and operability are excellent and which is useful as a disposable column. CONSTITUTION: Filters 2, 4 which have an average pore diameter of 2 to 10μm, are installed at the entrance and the exit of a column container 5 so as to sandwich a filler layer 8 inside the column container 5 which has a liquid outflow port in the bottom part. A cylindrical filter retainer 3 whose length is identical to the length of the filler layer and whose outside diameter is identical to the inside diameter of the column container, is installed on the exit filter 4, the exit filter 4 is fixed, and the entrance filter 2 is fixed by the cylindrical filter retainer 3 and by a liquid reservoir 1 which is inserted from the entrance side of the column container and whose outside diameter is equal to the inside diameter of the column container.
