PURPOSE: To improve the visibility of an illuminated body from an observer by removably laminating a diffusing member having light transparency and diffusing the light radiated to an illumination lens on a mask. CONSTITUTION: A lighting system has a light projector 10, light is radiated from the light projector 10 to an illuminated body having a light reflecting property, and an observer can see the illuminated body through the reflected light generated when the illumination light is reflected on the surface of the illuminated body. A mask (adhesive tape) 16 containing a shielding base material is stuck on the surface of a transparent body 18. The leaked light to the rear of a marker board due to the unnecessary spread of the illumination light is prevented, the difference in illuminance between the contour section and the center section of the illuminated body is prevented, and the whole illuminated body can be uniformly illuminated.
