CARBON CONTAINING MONOLITHIC REFRACTORY

摘要

PURPOSE: To obtain a carbon containing monolithic refractory excellent in workability and having excellent slag resistance with high strength and excellent corrosion resistance by conquering the slaking of magnesia fine powder and causing sufficiently spinel forming reaction. CONSTITUTION: This carbon containing monolithic refractory means an alumina- magnesia-carbon based refractory having compsn. containing 3-20wt.% graphite powder and 80-97wt.% alumina-magnesia based refractory raw material powder, which contains a surface treated magnesia fine powder with its surface inactivation-treated and having <=9μm average particle diameter.
