PURPOSE: To provide a skin integral molding apparatus reducing the stress of heat and pressure to a skin material by preventing the direct contact of an injected molten resin with the skin material at the time of injection in skin integral molding. CONSTITUTION: A communication hole permitting an injection nozzle 30 to slide and the injection nozzle 30 connected to the injection device arranged so as to protrude from the cavity surface of a first mold 10 through the communication hole to be capable of sliding toward a second mold 20 are provided to the first mold 10 and the second mold 20 is equipped with a holding device holding a skin material H so as to leave a predetermined interval from the second mold 20. The skin material H having a hole formed thereto at the position corresponding to the communication hole of the first mold 10 is held to the holding device of the second mold 20 and the molten resin injected from the injection nozzle 30 is supplied to the space between the skin material H and the molding surface of the second mold 20 and molded by claming the first and second molds 10, 20. |
