PURPOSE: To prevent a rod from being shaky and reduce the size of a bumper rubber without increasing the number of components. CONSTITUTION: There is formed a mounting hole 20 which directs a part from the end face 19a of the other end 19 of a handle 18 into a connection hole 8 where a bumper rubber comprises a leg 22, which is same-sized to the mounting hole 20 and a head 21 which is larger-sized than the mounting hole 20. The leg 22 is inserted into the mounting hole 20 and the 20 is partially placed into elastic contact with an end 9a of a rod. With the head 21 in a contact state with the end face, the head is allowed to come in elastic contact with an equivalent surface 3a of a base during non-operation. |
