LASER DIODE-EXCITED SOLID-STATE LASER AND ITS MANUFACTURE

PURPOSE: To prevent a resonator length from being changed largely due to a change in an ambient temperature in a laser diode-excited solid-state laser in which two resonator mirrors are bonded and fixed to mirror mounting faces of a holder. CONSTITUTION: A holder 21 which comprises two mirror mounting faces 21a, 21b formed so as to be separated from each other in the direction of a resonator axis is installed. An Nd:YAG crystal 13 which is used also as a resonator mirror and a resonator mirror 13 are bonded and fixed respectively to the mirror mounting faces 21a, 21b, and the layer thickness of every adhesive is set at 5μm or lower.
