PURPOSE: To securely transmit a transmit telegram to a train by a ground device of simple constitution. CONSTITUTION: Present indication information and transmit information by directional conditions are set to the serial access ROMs 12a-12d of a ground element 7. The information selecting part 11, formed of a relay circuit, of the ground element 7 selects the ROMs 12a-12d by the control conditions of present indication information and transmit information indicating directional conditions sent from a signal controller. A train is traveling while constantly transmitting ground element driving power wave from an onboard element. When the train approaches the ground element 7, the transmitting part 13 of the ground element 7 transmits a transmit telegram, selected using the ground element driving power wave transmitted from the train, to the train. |
