PURPOSE: To provide preparing method of an electric heating food capable of surely electrically heat treating food materials having different kind or preserving amount to each prescribed temperature in an insulated vessel and quickly taking out the electrically heated food from the insulated vessel, and its apparatus. CONSTITUTION: Food materials are received in an insulated vessel 1 placed a pair of electric poles 2 inside together with an electrically conducting solution. The insulated vessel 1 is inserted into an electrically conducting area 5 and stopped, and the food materials are electrically heated to a prescribed temperature. The insulated vessel 1 is taken out to outside of the electrically conducting area 5 and cooling water is poured into the insulated vessel 1 to subject the electric heated foods cooling treatment. Cooled electric heated food is taken out by tilting the insulated vessel 1. In the electrically conducting area 5, a guide part material 7 guiding the inserted insulated vessel 1 to a prescribed stopping position is placed. In the electrically conducting area 5, a pair of electricity-supplying part 6 supplying electricity contacting with an electricity- receiving part in the insulated vessel 1 is placed. |
