A method of manufacturing a health food composition by using an herbal extract of Phyllostachys bambusoides, a coniferous tree, Taraxacum mongolicum and the like is provided to promote blood circulation and improve disease caused by blood flow dysfunction without causing any adverse effects to the body. Herbs are mixed with 3 to 10 times its weight of water, extracted at 80 to 100deg.C for 4 to 24hr and vacuum-packaged. The herbs contain 1 to 30% by weight of Kalopanax pictus, 1 to 30% by weight of Phyllostachys bambusoides, 1 to 30% by weight of a coniferous tree, 1 to 15% by weight of Taraxacum mongolicum, 1 to 15% by weight of Houttuynia cordata, 1 to 30% by weight of Artemisia capillaris, 1 to 30% by weight of Angelica root and 1 to 30% by weight of Cnidium root. The coniferous tree is any one of Pinus koraiensis, Pinus densiflora and Juniperus chinensis.
