PURPOSE: To improve a pinch-off strength, a surface smoothness, a glossiness, and a resistance to marring with the most use of the characteristics of a molded article containing a propylene polymer, such as an impact resistance, a rigidity, and a heat resistance by using a melt parison made of a specific olefin polymer composition and a specific mold. CONSTITUTION: As a melt parison, an olefin polymer composition prepared by compounding 99.2-99.95wt.% propylene.α-olefin copolymer or a propylene homopolymer and 0.05-0.8wt.% nucleating agent is used as a surface layer, and an olefin polymer composition prepared by compounding 10-30wt.% filler in 90-70wt.% olefin polymer composition composed of 5-30wt.% ethylene.α-olefin copolymer and 70-95wt.% propylene homopolymer is used as an inner layer, A molded article superior in pinch-off strength, surface smoothness, and the like is obtained by using a mold having a cavity surface mirror-finished with an abrasive material of 300 mesh or more. |
