DEVICE FOR PRODUCING SCION NURSERY PLANT AND METHOD THEREFOR

PURPOSE: To provide a device for producing scion nursery plants and method therefor capable of automatically performing preliminary cutting of root stock nursery plants, and enabling to solve conventional problems such as improving grafting efficiencies and yield rates of grafting, producing scion and root stock nursery plants simultaneously without requiring too much installation area for the device and reducing a cycle time. CONSTITUTION: This device for producing scion nursery plants and method therefor comprises providing a preliminary cutting device 4 cutting the tip part side of a root stock nursery plant in the rootstock nursery plant tray at a position higher than the cut height in a grafting device in the upstream side of the grafting device of a root stock line, also a preliminary curing device 5 taking temporary post planting care of the grafted nursery plants in the don stream side of the grafting device of the root stock line, and also a difference in the level of the root stock line 1 and a scion line 2 to make the root stock line lower enabling a cramping device of scion side transferrable by crossing the both lines to the upper direction of the cramping device of the root stock side.
