PURPOSE: To obtain a heater capable of preventing deterioration of a heating performance in continuously heating a thermally bonding material by a heating drum. CONSTITUTION: When an image-receiving material 11 as a thermally bonding material and image-receiving paper 33 as a material to be bonded in an overlapped state are heated by a heating drum 37 being rotated to be bonded to each other, the temperature of the heating drum 37 by heating is detected, and the rotating speed of the heating drum 37 is lowered correspondingly to the temperature decrease for uniformizing the total heating value at the time of heating. |
