PURPOSE: To provide a content-discharging apparatus which can be attached to or detached from a spout of a container easily, by which a content in the container can be easily discharged, and the container is not stained even when a liquid is discharged, and which does not stand in the way even if it is kept being attached to the spout when not being used, and by which a lid to cover the spout can be used as it is. CONSTITUTION: An introduction part 6 at a lower part of which a flow-in port 4 is formed, and at an upper part of which an outlet 5 is formed is slidably inserted in an installation part 3 which can be attached to or detached from a spout 2 of a container 1, and the installation part 3 and introduction part 6 are connected by a spring 7. When the introduction part 6 is pressed into the spout 2, a restoring force which pushes back the introduction part 6 is stored on the spring 7, and when the pressing in of the introduction part 6 is released, the upper part of the introduction part 6 is pushed back to the outside of the installation part 3 by the restoring force. |
