An ink supply unit is provided to supply color ink to a plurality of print heads respectively while having simple structure, and to align the print heads. An ink supply unit comprises a first channel member(220), a second channel member(230), a third channel member(240) and a supporting plate(210). The first channel member receives ink with different colors from each other according to each color. The second channel member is coupled to the first channel member, and branches supplied ink of each color into a plurality of first unit channels(231) arranged with the number corresponding to a plurality of print heads. The third channel member is coupled to the second channel member, and has a plurality of second unit channels(241) for supplying ink branched into the first unit channels to the respective print head. The supporting plate supports the first, second and third members in a laminated state.
