摘要 PURPOSE: To effectively eliminate the offset component and drift component contained in a vibration signal by using a low frequency component eliminating means (HPF) having a nonlinear eliminating characteristic which is not proportional to the magnitude of the detected vibration information. CONSTITUTION: An externally applied vibration is detected as vibration information by a vibration detecting part 1. A vibration signal included in the vibration information, from which a prescribed low frequency component is eliminated is outputted by a nonlinear HPF arithmetic part 12 having a nonlinear eliminating characteristic which is not proportional to the magnitude of the detected vibration information. An externally applied vibration by hand shaking is detected as the vibration information by a hand shaking detecting part 13. A hand shaking signal included in the vibration information, from which a prescribed low frequency component is eliminated, is outputted by the nonlinear HPF arithmetic part 12. The vibration detecting part 11 and the hand shaking detecting part 13 can be constituted by use of an angle speed sensor 14. Further, an integrating arithmetic part 15 for integrating the output of the arithmetic part 12 may be added.
