发明名称 Cause and creation of earthquakes - anti-seismic devices.
摘要 All earthquakes occur during a period of combustion of large quantities of inflammable mass and have, as their epicentre, the point corresponding to the combustion, creating strong currents of air from and to the point of combustion through the elimination of the drawn thermal energy and the supply of the combustion with oxygen respectively, resulting in the atmospheric air being moved, like waves, in these two opposing directions - the point of combustion being like a hearth - a source emitting propulsive waves. The two equal but opposing, alternating forces of the wave-like movement of the atmospheric air (i.e. the forces of the propulsive waves and the strong air currents) exercised on the buildings of the town cause acceleration and deceleration in the momentum of the buildings of the town (this momentum faithfully follows the speed of the rotation of the earth) at the same time the law of inertia comes into play (acting as a lever) and the buildings, being subjected to these forces, are forced to bend theoretically in the directions of these two opposing forces. This initially reduces the strength of (impairs) the structural materials of the buildings and then brings about their destruction or even the collapse of the buildings. Holes are created in the ozone when one or more clouds are interposed between the sun and earth, which due to their invariable form, either do not absorb the ultra violet rays or conduct a series of reactions between the molecules of the various gases of which these clouds are composed, at the same time releasing large quantities of thermal energy. If a suitable group of gases is selected which can be incorporated in the clouds and which after its incorporation will change (convert) the configured form of the these clouds - and then this group is released under these clouds - then after its incorporation the configured form of the clouds will change and the hole in the ozone will be eliminated. Artificial rain is caused in a similar way when another suitable group of selected gases - firstly incorporated towards (in) the clouds and secondly changing the primary gas cloud with the oxygen in the atmospheric air - is released under the specific clouds of primary gasses; then during the combustion of the primary clouds, water vapour is released into the atmosphere, cools and creates the phenomenon of artificial rain. Primary gas clouds are clouds that are formed by gases released on planet earth and which usually contain large quantities of water vapour. Long range and high fidelity emissions are created when the aerials in current use are replaced by a cylindrical body with an air space, with a height equal to the height of the aerial and which will increase and reduce its capacity according to the strength of the current (like an accordion) instead of the pulsing aerial.
