PURPOSE: To provide a fireproof electric insulating sheet which excels in the fireproofness, electric insulation, and easiness in winding processing for covering an electric conductor, is free from hazard of shortcircuiting resulting from carbonization of adhesives, and whose costs are suppressed. CONSTITUTION: A fireproof electric insulating sheet is formed from a ceramic sheet layer 2 consisting of an organic substance in a content over 50wt.%, a thermoplastic resin layer 3. and a glass cloth layer 4. The glass cloth layer 4 is composed of warps consisting of glass strings 41 in a plurality of strips and wefts consisting of a thermoplastic resin. |
