PURPOSE: To obtain a humidity regulator developing efficient capacity either in humidifying operation upon low himidity or in defumidifying operation upon high humidity. CONSTITUTION: An air-conditioning machine is provided with an adsorbing unit, consisting of adsorbing materials 2a, 2b, constituted of the combination of two kinds or more of honeycomb type formed bodies having different materials or characteristics, and a heater 3 for heating the adsorbing materials, ventilating fans 4a, 4b for sending air into the adsoerbing unit, air suction ports 78, 8a, taking outdoor or indoor air into the upstream side of the adsorbing unit, and air discharging ports 7b, 8b, sending air to the outdoor or indoor side of the room and provided at the downstream side of the adsorbing unit. In this case, the air suction port and the air discharging port are provided with air passage switching means 5a, 5b, 6a, 6b respectively which select the air passage of the indoor side or the outdoor side while a control unit, controlling the heater 3, the fans 4a, 4b and the air passage switching means 5a, 5b, 6a, 6b, is provided also. |
