PURPOSE: To suppress loosening and shifting due to thermal expansion and shrinkage in heat cycles by containing an unwoven cloth with unidirectional arrangement produced by drawing a long fiber web made of thermal plastic resin in one direction and in which fibers are arranged in almost one direction. CONSTITUTION: A long fiber web with 3 denier fineness is obtained by spinning polyethylene terephthalate resin, for example, as a raw material, whirling or vibrating the obtained molten filament jetted out of the spinning outlet by heat air, and accumulating the filament on a running net-like endless belt in the vertical direction. The resulting undrawn filament is drawn in the vertical direction by a roll drawing method to give a drawn unwoven cloth with 0.5 denier in unidirectional arrangement. The unwoven cloth is layered in double layers and formed into a 0.1mm thick unwoven cloth by joining them by a thermal embossing calender to give a tape with 2cm width. The tape is wound a handred-turns on a copper type having 5cm diameter and 50cm length in the way the tape is prevented from overlapping by 5mm or more and consequently, loosening or shifting of the tape does not occur even after 50 times of heat resistant tests carried out at 20 deg.C and 50 deg.C for one hour cycle respectively. |
