PURPOSE: To suppress a lowering of a room temperature during heating by restricting the operation of fans of a heat exchange ventilator to check separation from a room temperature as caused by interlocking operation of the heat exchange ventilator in the defrosting of an air conditioning equipment. CONSTITUTION: A frost sensor Fs is mounted at a specified position of an outdoor equipment 4 of an air conditioning equipment 5 and when frost is detected by a front sensor Fs, A four-pass changeover valve EV is switched to perform a de-frosting operation. In the interlocking operation of a heat exchange ventilator 2, the operation of an air fan 15 and an exhaust fan 10 of the heat exchange ventilator 2 is restricted in the defrosting operation of the air conditioning equipment 5 based on detection signals of room temperature detection means Th1 and Th4 and outdoor temperature detection means Th2 and Th3.
