PURPOSE: To set/release the service for a contact means without a troublesome operation under the circumstance that the user cannot accept a phone call surely. CONSTITUTION: A mobile communication terminal stores procedure information for setting/releasing the service by a contact means under the circumstance that the user cannot accept a phone call to a storage device 107. Then the terminal discriminates whether or not the user can accept a phone call and sets/releases automatically the service for a contact means under the circumstance that the user cannot accept a phone call.
