PURPOSE: To provide a reflection characteristic evaluator which enables the measuring of brightness and color as reflection characteristic equivalent quantitatively to the sense of human eyes and moreover, dependence on angle. CONSTITUTION: An evaluation sample 11 is irradiated with a diffusion light using an integrating sphere 1 or the like and dependence on reflection angle of the reflected light from the evaluation sample 11 is measured by a measuring device 8. The integrating sphere 1 is provided with a plurality of holes 6 for measuring light and a plurality of holes 7 for removing regular reflection to remove the diffusion light from the angle of the regular reflection with respect to a reflection measuring angle. The measuring device is moved to the position of a hole 6 for measuring light corresponding to a desired measuring angle and a lid 12 is placed on the holes 6 for measuring light and the holes 7 for removing regular reflection other than those 7 corresponding thereto. |
