OPENING/CLOSING STRUCTURE FOR COVER

PURPOSE: To provide the opening/closing structure for cover with which engaging/ disengaging and opening/closing operations can be easily and speedily performed. CONSTITUTION: Upper structure for housing equipment is composed of a front surface board 4 and respective left and right side surface boards 5, and the upper surface side and the rear surface side are opened. A cover 1 for opening/closing this opening part is composed of upper and rear surface boards 2 and 3, which are linked through a hinge 12, and a pair of hooking tool and a tool to be hooked for engagement/ disengagement for opening/closing. The front edge part of the upper surface board 2 is coupled with the upper edge part of the front surface board 4 so as to be rotatable through a hinge 11. A pressing board 16 with hook for canceling the engagement with pressure at the time of opening in representative of the hooking tool is provided at the rear part of a basic frame 6 and positioned at the lower part of the rear surface board 3. The hook of the pressing board 16 is engaged with the tool to be hooked at the rear side lower part of the rear surface board 3. A rectangular notch is formed at the lower edge part of the rear surface board 3 while avoiding the pressing board 16, and the pressing board 16 and the rear surface board 3 form the same plane.
