PURPOSE: To provide a process cartridge and image forming device in which a toner storage part and a development chamber are composed of an integral frame body, toner is steadily supplied to a toner carrier in a recording medium area, and toner scatter is prevented. CONSTITUTION: The process cartridge comprises: the development frame body 12 with a toner storage part for storing toner and the development chamber supporting the toner carrier; an opening seal member 21 for sealing a toner supply opening between the toner storage part and development chamber; and a mount member 23 for mounting an end seal member 22 which seals toner in between the toner carrier and development frame body 12, in the vicinity of each of the ends of the toner carrier in the longitudinal direction of the toner carrier. The mount members 23 and the development frame body 12 are composed of separated bodies, the mount members 23 are attached to the development frame body 12 while overlapping the mount parts of the opening seal member 21, and thus the process cartridge is constituted. |
