PURPOSE: To execute a stable operation by preventing the malfunction of a control system. CONSTITUTION: A motor control signal S1 is turned on at the time T1 when a first high voltage contact comes into contact with a second high voltage contact, a DC high voltage control signal S2 is turned on at the time T2 after the lapse of a specified time M1, and further, an AC high voltage control signal S3 is turned on at the time T3 after the lapse of a specified time M2 to superimpose an AC high voltage on a DC high voltage. The AC high voltage control signal S3 is turned off at the time T4 after the lapse of a specified time M3 to apply the AC high voltage. Then, the DC high voltage control signal S2 is turned off at time T5 and the motor control signal S1 is turned on at time T6. |
