PURPOSE: To perform file processing as intended according to the description contents of a correspondence slip and a generation table once a general person in charge of operation who understands what item is necessary as a file by performing daily operation sets necessary items in the correspondence slip and generation table according to his operation contents without requesting a system engineer, etc., to design a file processing program. CONSTITUTION: When a ledger register slip, a journal table, an expansion table are inputted from an input part 1, an input processing part 2 registers them corresponding to data files. A file processing part 9 generates a record from an item set in the ledger register slip and an item generated based on the generation table and updates a data file based on the record.
