PURPOSE: To provide a thin type energy line detecting assembly. CONSTITUTION: A thin circular anode electrode member 15, an output electrode member 16, an electron multiplier element 17, an output electrode member 18, and a shield plate 20 are stacked on a disk-like support substrate 11 integrated with a tube section 13 having a through hole 12 at the center portion and a projection 14 at the peripheral end, and they are wholly fixed to the support substrate 11 by screws 19. Each of the electrode members 15, 16, 18 is laminated with a conducting layer on an insulating thin film base by deposition or plating. When the forming positions of the conducting layers are drifted, the conducting layers are kept in no contact with each other, and a high withstand voltage property is obtained.
