PURPOSE: To provide a panel clamp mechanism capable of clamping simultane ously and uniformly a plurality of panels. CONSTITUTION: The title panel clamp mechanism comprise panel guides 8 to guide panels 7, butting plate 9 to butt the panels at clamping, a tube 13 filled with a gas 12 serving for a buffer at clamping of the panels, push up plate to push up the panels through the tube 13 against the butting plate 9 and actuator 11 to drive the push up plate 10. |
