PURPOSE: To simply, effectively supply daytime power to a heat storage type floor heating system in accordance with heating state of a room by sending a command of power supply to a heating portion according to time and supplying power to the heating portion on the basis of the signal. CONSTITUTION: A heat storage type floor heating control system (B) for controlling power supply to a heat storage type floor heating system (A) is provided with a time power-supply controlling portion 21 and a power supply portion 25. The time power-supply controlling portion 21 controls supply of power to a heat generating portion 1 according to time in such a manner that a tamer as a night time setting means gives a signal to the power supply portion 25 to supply power during a time interval of low power rate on a time zone contract, e.g. an 8-hour time zone ranging from 11p.m. to 7a.m. The time power- supply control portion 21 sends to the power supply portion 25 a command to automatically start power supply to the heat generating portion 1 at 11p.m. and sends another signal to stop supplying power to the heat generating portion 25 at a specified time set before 7a.m. The specified time is to be determined according to setting of heat storage quantity to the heat storage portion 5.
