PURPOSE: To obtain a color filter excellent in transmissivity and durability by using a specified phthalocyanine pigment. CONSTITUTION: The phthalocyanine pigment shown by formula I is used. In the formula I, R is a group shown by formula II, the R group is substituted at position 1- or 4-, position 5- or 8-, position 9- or 12and position 13- or 19-, R<1> to R<8> independently hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, substituted or unsubstituted alkyl or substituted or unsubstituted alkoxyl, each of Rf<1> and Rf<2> is hydrogen atom, an alkyl or alkyl contg. fluorine atom and at least the one is an alkyl contg. fluorine atom, and Met is a metal. Such a pigment obtained by introducing a bisphenolic group having an alkyl contg. fluorine as shown in the formula II into the α-position of a phthalocyanine pigment, is highly soluble in solvent and binder resin, and hence a color filter excellent in transmissivity and durabilty is can be obtained. |
