AUTOMATIC USER MATCHING IN AN ONLINE ENVIRONMENT

An automatic user matching system under online environments is provided to match users on the basis of a degree of proximity and user profile matching standards automatically in resource-limited online environments. An online environment server(26) performs a proximate user searching process based on predetermined search parameters of target users. The server identifies plural candidates based on the searching process. The server determines ranking of the candidates based on more than one profile matching standard of the target users. According to the determined ranking, at least one of the candidates is matched with the target users.
