CONSTITUTION: Gaps (grooves) 21a, 21b, 22a, 22b, 23a and 23b extending in axial direction between a housing 11 and an outer peripheral surface of a stator 12 are provided at the positions where the respective stator pole portions 13a, 13b; 14a, 14b; 15a, 15b are provided. |
