PURPOSE: To provide a radio communication system in which a radio line is connected to a mobile radio terminal equipment making a call request more frequently than others to a radio base station with priority. CONSTITUTION: Upon the receipt of a call request from a mobile radio terminal equipment B, a communication control section 6 of a radio base station A discriminates whether or not a radio channel is connected to the mobile radio terminal equipment in the connection control of the radio channel depending on the operating state of the radio channel and number of times of call requests made by the mobile radio terminal equipment B. |
