The lever has an arm (30) which is articulated around a transversal axle (39). The arm is in two parts, with a base (31) and a mobile end part (32) which is articulated around a transversal axle (33). This is pushed down, with the ski stick, to open the clamp. A spring (40) pushes the end part upwards, while stops (38) limit the downwards rotation of the end part on the base. The space between the base and the end part can be filled with a block of deformable material.
