PURPOSE: To provide a document approval system which copes with the absence of a seal authority and temporary transfer to another person and also copes with plural seal routes of the same kind of documents. CONSTITUTION: The document approval system wherein the seal approval of a document managed on an information processor is performed on the processor is equipped with a document registration device 1 which registers the document together with document management information including document creator information and document kind information, a seal approval route search device 2 which generates a seal approval route with organization constitution information including previously registered seal approval substitute and the document creator information and document kind information obtained from the document registration device 1, and a document flow controller 3 which monitors the absence state of organization members and distributes the document to a seal approval substitute for the seal approval authority indicated by a seal approval route when the seal approval authority is absent. |
