PURPOSE: To provide a mobile communication system and its line control method in which an outgoing control signal with a higher reception electric field strength is selected even when outgoing control signals are received in duplicate. CONSTITUTION: An outgoing control signal received by a reception RF section 1 is given to an electric field strength level discrimination section 2, in which the electric field strength of the signal is compared with an electric field strength level set in a threshold level setting section 3. When the received level is higher than the threshold level, a demodulation section 4 executes a synchronization setup operation. A control section 5 sets a different electric field strength threshold level to the threshold level setting section 3, and selects the outgoing control signal whose synchronization setup operation is executed by the demodulation section 4 and whose electric field strength level is highest among the outgoing control signals according to each threshold level. |
