PURPOSE: To obtain a radio communication equipment offering convenience of use by allowing a handset or a 2-wire terminal equipment not receiving a call to receive the call by a control circuit when either of them does not reply for a prescribed time with the incoming call. CONSTITUTION: When a handset 6 is not hooked off, a control circuit 11 stops driving a loudspeaker 10 and gives a command of it to an RJ-11 interface circuit 3 that an incoming call signal is sent to a standard telephone set 2. The telephone set 2 receiving the signal drives a ringer to inform of the arrival of a call. When the handset of the telephone set 2 is hooked off, a hook-off detection signal is given to the control circuit 11 from the circuit 3. The circuit 11 commands stopping of the transmission of the incoming call signal to the circuit 3 and connects a reception circuit 4, a transmission circuit 5 and a 2/4-wire conversion circuit of the circuit 3. Thus, when the user is in the vicinity of the telephone set 2, the user replies the call by using the telephone set 2 after the elapse of 20sec without moving to the radio telephone set 1 and makes talking.
