The system is designed to provide for fixing and retaining a series of continuous cages to the ground. The cages are limited laterally by parallel vertical partitions (1), with each partition having an anchorage foot at the front (3) and at the rear (2). On the ground is a series of rectangular grating plate assemblies (4), which are arranged parallel to the partitions and which are supported on a series of transverse beams (5). The beams are arranged to support the edge zones of two rows of adjacent plates and in locations corresponding to the alignment (XX') of the rear anchorage feet of the series of partitions. The edges (43) of the grill plates are spaced sufficiently to allow the base (20) of the foot (2) to fit between the edges, and where it fits into a location (6), formed in the concrete, above the beam.
